Not for Month 1. The Foundation phase is purely research and asset building. No ad spend required. From Month 2 onwards, a modest budget for paid ads and outbound tools helps accelerate results, but I'll define what makes sense for your product before you spend a dollar.
Product LaunchPad works best when the product is built and you've had at least a few early users or conversations with potential customers. If you're still in development, the timing isn't right yet. Reach out when you're close to launch and I'll figure out the best time to start.
More than you might expect, especially in Month 1. The research phase requires your time and access. Customer conversations, product walkthroughs, and feedback loops are all part of how the Buyer Blueprint works. The more context I have, the sharper everything I build will be.
I can't guarantee a specific number of customers because that depends on factors outside my control, including your product, your market, and how quickly we can move together.
